authorization issues

I have downloaded ade and updated but when it was done a few years ago I was using it through my library. It is associated with my library card and local library. I now can't read books through other programs and I can't de-authorize it since it wants a vendor log in. How can I fix this or who should I contact? my library has been no help at all.
