Authorization issues

Computer and new Kobo are authorized, adobe id is current and valid, but when I try to transfer a library book to my ereader I keep getting the following error message: This document is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID  . . .

I deauthorized and authorized both my KOBO and computer, and tried the older versions of Digital Editons 3.0.  What else can I do¨
