authorization of adobe digitial editions

I am trying to access my business 1220 ebook which I am on at least once a day but all of a sudden yesterday a square popped up saying I needed to authorize my ID and that my computer is not authorized to open the ebook which makes no sense because I have had no troubles with it so far. It is asking me for an adobe ID and password but I don't think I have ever done that before because when I try putting all the ones that might be it in it doesn't work and I have no idea what to do. I attached below a picture of what happens when I try to log in.
