Authorization of Computer and Kobo ereader

I have succesfully made an Adobe account and try to authorize ADE on my computer (and afterall my Kobo Libra ereader).
Everytime I get a message  "Incorrect id/password for this eBook deliverer".

So i don't come to authorizing my Kobo ereader.
In a primary phase i made an Adobe-account without id. So i'm thinking that this could be the reason. But you can't remove an account without id.

What should i do? Removing the account with id.
I should be very glad to receive tips to get a solution.

After years of successfully using ADE with my Kobo eReader I have now had 2 occurrances where I have been denied acccess to my downloaded eBooks because "Your ereader is not authorised to open this book".  I have deauthorized & then re-authoized both my computer & ereader & still I am unable to open the ebooks
