Authorization process hangs

I have recently reinstalled windows and adobe digital editions in my PC.When I try to read exisiting or recently purchased ebooks the program ask for authorization. I try to do that using my ADE user and password and a screen with the message: "Autorizando el equipo, espere..." appears. But the process never ends and killing the application with the Windows Task Manager is necessary. In the Adobe Chat told me that there is not any problem with my account and sent me to this forum for help. What can I do?
