Authorization required: I can't read borrowed epubs

Hi, can you help me?

I borrowed an ePub from the library catalog a few days ago. Now I can no longer read it because Adobe Digital Edition asks me for authorization. (I can only read the purchased books).

Initially, I authorized the pc without an ID. I have no other devices, only the pc and I have the latest version of ADE.

I have already tried to:
1- Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Digital Edition;
2- Erase the authorization and authorize the computer again;
3- Create an Adobe ID and use that to authorize. Result:  E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, so I deled the account;

4- Clear the cache.
Can you help me, please?

Salve, potete darmi un mano?

Ho presto in prestito degli ePub dal catalogo di una biblioteca. Per un po' è andato tutto bene. Un giorno ho acceso il pc e non sono riuscita a continuare a leggere gli ePub presi in prestito, perché ADE continua a chiedermi l'autorizzazione. Gli ePub acquistati si aprono senza problemi.

Inizialmente ho autorizzato il pc senza un ID. Non ho altri dispositivi.

Ho già provato senza esito a:

1- disinstallare e installare nuovamente diverse volte ADE riavviando poi il pc;

2- cancellare l'autorizzazione e autorizzare il pc di nuovo;

3- creare un Adobe ID ed entrare con quello - risultato: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, così ho già cancellato l'account);

4- pulizia della cache;
