Authorize 2 computers

Hi, I am trying to authorize a new computer but I get an error message that says "you can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices."

I need to get access to a purchased book but it doesn't let me. Can someone help me?
