authorize

Question

I have a book downloaded to adobe digital 3 from Bridges internet library. I see it on my nookcolor when I plug it into the computer.  When I try to open it on my nookcolor I get an error stating "user not activated".  When I go back to adobe digital to authorize my device using the adobe id, I get the error "the vendor account you enter is not associated with the item you are trying to open. try again".  Any ideas?

I got the same problem, when I try to authorize my PC to read my e-books the e-book vendor area is showing the word Adobe I.D. and is not highlighted to change it so even with my Adobe I.D. and password I am getting the same message as michellem1571111, the previous forum visitor, I think the problem is with the inability to change e-book vendor name from Adobe I.D. to the name of the actual e-book vendor. How can I fix that?
