Authorize downloads from two libraries

I get ebooks from two different libraries, one local and one academic. My adobe digital Editions is authorized for Library Nr 1.

When I download an eBook from Library Nr. 2 it will not download.

I contacted Adobe directly and they had no clue.

Any suggestions?
