Authorize Gobii e-reader on Adobe Digital Edition

I purchased a gobii e-reader from Kalahari.com recently and installed both the ADE and the Kalahari.com eReader. Not the ADE, nor the Kalahari.com eReader, nor my laptop recognise the Gobii. Somehow it has to be authorized but I dont seem to get it right.What can I do?
