Authorize my books on my new hard drive C:

Recently, my hard drive C: crashed and I lost all my Programs.  I re-installed Adobe Digital Editions on my new hard drive C: & added my e-books from a back-up drive.  After I installed the program, I had to change my Adobe ID password because the old did not work.  I also authorized this computer with this new C: drive. Now about 50% of my books are showing permissions errors - -  "The document is licensed for a different user account."

What can be done so I can access all 100% of my e-books ?

I am running Windows 10 & version 4.5.7.179634 of Digital Editions.  Need help to access all my books.
