Authorize my computer?

Hi

I am trying to authorize my computer after I already downloaded books to the digital edition.

I am receiving this message

"You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any computer or mobile devices.Please try again"

Can You please help me with this.
