Authorize Vendor, can't use ADE

Hi there,

Lice chat sent me here, I am trying to use ADE when downloading borrowed books from my local library, using Overdrive. When I try to use ADE, it says I need to authorize my computer. It asks for the Vendor (which I guss is overdrive as it is on a drop down list?) then the vendor's ID and password. My adobe ID and password do not work for this. What does Vendor ID and password mean?! If I try to use it without aithrorixing, the books go onto my Kobo ereader but when I try to open them it says Adobe has not given me permission to open them on my device. Any ideas?
