Authorized e book reder does not read DRM protected books

Hello,

I purchased BQ Cervantes 4  e reader and authorise it with Adobe account. I can read boooks on computer authorized by same Adobe account. When I transfered books to e reader, I can not read them, it shows, that e reader is not authorized. I deathorize it and then authorise, butit does not work.

I plead for solution.
