Hello, we are trying to authorize out account for Digital Editions however it keeps saying it cannot connect to the authorizing server saying we aren't connected to the internet, but we are connected

    Adobe Customer Care Service chat agent stated that Adobe no longer supports Adobe Digital Editions. I have tried many times to request the reset of the activation for ADE so I can download borrowed library books from my PC to Samsung Nook Tablet 4.0 Chat agents are no help.
