Authorizing Adobe Digital Editions

How do I authorize Adobe Digital Editions if I've already installed it and mistakenly opted to not authorize?  I'm unable to transfer ebooks to my Kobo. My adobe account wouldn't accept my password when I was installing.  I have fixed the problem with my password but can't authorize Digital Editions now.
