Authorizing computer

I am having issues authorizing my computer to adobe digital editions. I want to connect my ebooks to other devices but I keep getting this pop up when I try to authorize "You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previous used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again."

Does anyone know what I should do? I have deactivated all my devices with my adobe ID so my computer is the only thing activated but I keep getting this pop up.
