Authorizing digital edition not possible

I tried many times to authorize my dgital edition which I use it sometimes to read borrowing books from the internet archive, but I see it is impossible to authorize.  I allowed both adobe 10 and digital edition in Firewall, but no benfit I got

I mean authorizing my computer via the digital  ( adobe id address )

I also tried authorizing this computer but it did not go ahead
