Authorizing load screen not responding

When I go to download my ACSM file to access my ebook I bought, the authorization load screen never fully loads and just does nothing. I have tried both using my adobe ID to authorize and to authorixe without it. I am always stuck with the blue load bar and nothing happens. I reinstalled latest version, restarted, and still same issue.
