Authorizing my computer

Every time I try to open an ebook in ADE I am asked to authorize my computer. when I type in my Adobe ID and password it tells me this is not the right ID for this book. Can anybody help?

    This is something is happening to a lot of people, but apparently Adobe is doing nothing about it.  I suggest you get in touch with the library or store where you got the book and get them to complain.  It seems that Adobe is deaf to complaints for us mere users.
