Autorisation ID adobe après un changement d'ordinateur

Bonjour

J'ai changé d'ordinateur portable.

Lorsque je veux autoriser mon nouvel ordinateur avec mon ID adobe, j'ai ce message d'erreur : "vous pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur à condition de ne pas utiliser un ID Adobe déjà alloué à un autre ordinateur"

J'ai supprimé l'autorisation sur mon ancien portable, mais cela ne résout pas mon problème.

I changed my laptop.

When I want to authorize my new computer with my adobe ID, I get this error message "you can grant authorization to this computer as long as you do not use an Adobe ID already allocated to another computer."

I removed the authorization on my old laptop, but that doesn't solve my problem.
