autorisize computer after used annym alter decision

Hello. I´d like to know how I can autorisize my computer after I have used it annym for some time now. I know that you get a pop up window, where you have to make this decision with the download of the first book. But this window doesn´t pop up after that. How can I get there again and alter my decision? Thanks for helping me helkewauso
