Autorization issues ADE

My Macbook has been wiped, for a new start. But after installing Adobe Digital Editions i cant authorize my computer anymore. Because it says my Adobe Id can only be used on 1 device. But this is the device i use(d) for ADE.

And actually on my Adobe ID it says no divices are connected. What to do?!
