Autorize Computer screen disappears immediately after clicking on it

If I click on "autorize my computer" the screen disappears immediately. I have tried reinstall digital editions and also restart my computer.

Is there anybody that can help me?

I am unable to read an e-book so I deauthorised, uninstalled ADE then reinstalled ADE

Now when I click Authorise nothing happens.

I tried installing ADE on two other computers with the same response (or lack of)

Any help would be appreciated
