Background Color

Is it possible to change the background color so that reading can be more easier, particularly for elderly.

I just downloaded and installed Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.1.139278, hoping the background color change feature has been added.

Adobe creates great products. Can someone at Adobe PLEASE add the capability to select/change the background color? Please!

Is there an answer to this? This is an important accessibility issue for many, and is trivial to do in Adobe Reader.
