Bluefire and Adobe ID

I have recently downloaded bluefire reader on my iPad and when I try to download my ebooks from Kaplan Medical Prep, I receive an error message stating "this item was originally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID." THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT! I also created another new Adobe ID and get the same error message. Can anyone help?
