Bluefly reader suddenly not downloading

I have been trying to download some books purchased from the same source to Bluefire/ adobe digital edition to a mobile device iPod and iPhone, some I have downloaded successfully in the past and some new. None will now download. I just get link.acsm. I have deinstalled and reinstalled both apps. This was in July and mills and boon still haven't got any advice/ help. What can I do. I tried saving to internal storage but got this. Thank you in advance for any help.
