Blurred view of downloaded book

Hello, I have just installed ADE and have borrowed my first book. I have downloaded in ACSM format and when I tried to open it through ADE only the title and subtitle were readable. The rest content is blurred and totally unreadable. Do you have to propose any solution? Thank you!
