Book freezes app

Everytime I try to advance past a certain page in my book it freezes the program. This has happen on my MacBook Pro (page 12) and also on my iPad (page 2). As it is two different devices and 2 different locations in the book. I feel it's the program not the devices.

How do I fix this?  Again. I dont thing reloading the program is the solution as I've said its happening on different devices.
