Book I purchased disappeared from my library

I joined adobe about a month ago and downloaded a book that wasn't cheap. Just noticed that the book has disappeared from my library. Realized today that I forgot to validate my email when I first signed up, and now the book is gone and I can't find a way to re-download it. My money is gone too. Any way to fix this? The website's "support" suggested I ask here.
