books doesnt show up in android app - digital editions

I have ebooks in my digital editions on my computer that is locked to my adobe ID. how can i read them on my android phone and tab? they androids are autorized with the same ID but the book does not show up.  niether does my pad or phone show up in digital editions on my windows, even though they are connected by cable.

i need to work with the books on my tab...
