Books don't sync across devices

Hi,

I have the same Adobe ID authenticated on both my laptop and my Samsung versions of adobe digital editions, however, I can only see stuff in my library on my laptop and my mobiles version is empty. I've turned on auto downloads and everything.... could anyone please help?
