Books not accessible

Hello,

 

I changed my computer and the library automatically downloaded when downloaded the Adobe Digital Edition app. I entered my ID and password as usual. 

When I want to read the book, I have the following issues:

- The ID I used is not authorized

- By chance, I tried an old email address and it tells me I need to reset my password. The email address is not accessible as it was hacked 3 years ago.

 

How can I read my books under the ID to which I have access. I have all the purchasing proofs.

    Let me know the error you get when you try to authorize ADE with you new email ID?

    Hi Mayank,

     

    The error message I obtain is: The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again.

     

    This is the sole ID I use. I have the purchasing proof of all the books. How can I access them?
