Books won't open after driver change

Removed an old drive which had windows 7 and installed new drive with windows 10.

When open digital editions books are there but they will not open. Message is simple books can't be opened.

I assume this has something to do with the authorization because I assume it recognizes this as a different computer.

How do I get around this issue?
