I have two problems here.

1. I borrowed some e-books from the public library but then when I tried to open it on

the Kobo e-reader, a box pops up

" Opps! This document couldn't be opened

This document is protected by Adobe

Digital Rights Mangement (DRM) and is

not currently authroized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign-in with the

authroized Adobe ID and try again.

       www.kobo.com/help "

So I googled this problem and asked Kobo.

All of those websites told me to either

    a. Reauthorize both computer/ Kobo or factorize the Kobo

                                            (or)

    b. Factory reset the Kobo, re-download ADE 3.00 and reauthorize Kobo/ computer

I followed those instruction but they never work.

2. After too much reauthorizing, my Kobo e-reader had reached the authorization limit.

The answer I got from FAQ told me to contact costumer service.

"You can activate up to six computers and devices. If you reach the limit, contact Customer Service to reset your activations."

But when I contact Customer Serivce, they told me to go to the Forum.

I hope I can actually get some help this time.
