Broken link: Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to download the Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions (EPUB, 64 KB), EPub from the Adobe Digital Editions | Download page. I've tried to open in both IE and Chrome and both are returning a 404/Page Not Found Error

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, did you find a solution?
