Can anyone help I am trying to download a book but it comes up saying E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFIILED_BY_ANOTHER_USER? Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it?

    Hi, I also got the same problem.

    Did everything as the link said, such as contact with Kobo and reset the license and download twice, but still can not open. Does anyone can really help?
