Can I export (extract) library info from ADE to a database/spreadsheet?

Hi

I want to cross check the data I am holding on ADE to source and wondered if there is a way of extracting data to an export file? I operate on Mac

My default is to take screen prints of each page and at 600+ items thats a lot of screen prints!

I dont want to print the documents, just title, author, date added etc

anyone any ideas?
