Can i synch highlight, Notes and bookmarks across devices?!?

Can i synch highlight, Notes and bookmarks across devices?!?

I read a book on my Ipad/Computer and make hightlights, notes and bookmarks on one device... can they synch to the other devices?

It does not work right now (using latest edition of the program and Adobe ID)
