Can not authorize ADE
I am having problems authorizing my computer to ADE. It says i have incorrect username or password.
I have a corporate adobe ID and have installed ADE on my job computer, but I do not seem to be needed to use password when signing in on other Adobe apps, when trying to change the password I get an error (but doesnt say what error). I have tried with my private adobe ID as well, but still; incorrect password or ID.
Does anyone know what may be the problem here? I have asked my IT department but they seem to be clueless as well..
