Can not authorize Adobe digital edition

I have created an id account with email adress & password.

I can log in to Adobe.com with this email address & password.

But if I want to authorize Adobe Digital Editions with the same email address and password, I always get the same error message: incorrect ID / password

I want to read my ebooks, but I can not fix acsm in epub, because adobe digital editions always gives the same error message when authorizing: wrong ID / password. While I can log in adobe.com with my email & password
