Can not download a copy of a google play book ebook after the purchase

I have bought a Google Play ebook and I can not download a copy of the book (.PDF) to read it off-line. The download option is not available for me. Can you help me? Thanks!

If you need help with download eBook which has buy by Google should you contact the customer Support of Google. In this case can you nobody help of this Forum.
