can not download any more a library book to my PC

Hi, I cannot download anymore a  book from the public library on my PC , exactly like past post from " mariann38461955 New Here , Mar 23, 2019" with the difference that she uses a Mac and I have a Lenovo PC with Windows 10, (and Adobe 3.0 as she does, with the exact same message displayed)

    We've been having this issue for some time now.  (Windows 10) My wife uses the library extensively.  (Overdrive)  It REQUIRES ADE to get the Epub to download.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled and played with settings, and renamed files and folders and over and over again.  This morning,  I thought I had a good workaround (download book, draw into ADE, load to Ereader, delete book from ADE) But once again ADE won't bring the book in.  

     

    I can find NO help from Adobe on this, and many who have had the problem have found a workaround, but those workarounds don't work consistentely.

    Oddly, it works on MY machine.....
