Can not download books

I have recently bought a new computer where i had the digital edition app on my old computer having a couple of books there. I have tried to authorize my account with my new computer, but it will not download the files, because it say there is a license error, maype because i am using a new account for my adobe, but i can not remember the old one, can you help me out?
