Can not remove Digital editions

I want to remove Digital editions because i bought a book but i can read it it give an error : E_ACT_NOT_READY.

Someone gave me the advise to remove DE and reinstall it, but i can not remove it because it contains my e-mailadress and i dont know my password. I just changed my email adress and password in my adobe ID but that doesnot work either. ±can somebody help me?
