Can't access a textbook I just purchased. Please help. Error code: E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

I really need to access this textbook I just purchased and no support from Adobe, nor the textbook company, seems to be available.

When trying to open the file they had me download in Adobe Digital Editions, I get the error message:

Unable to download

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

I am using Windows 7, Adobe Digital Editions Version 3.0.1.91394
