Can't access content or sync across devices

I have purchased several books from Heinemann (an education publisher), and unfortunately, their books seem to be only available as ADE. I can't sync or authorize devices. Therefore, I can't access the books that I have purchased. Is there any way to get my ebooks off of this platform form and into a PDF?
