Can't authorise adobe digital edition on my pc (win 10)

I used ADE for many years on my PC without problem. Yesterday I have to format the HHD and reinstall Win 10. I reinstalled the last version of ADE but I can't authorise it on my PC. My Adobe ID is good since I can log on my account at Adobe web site.

When I click on Autorise I receive that message     Error at activation server, code E_adept_request_expired....

Can you help my pls ?

    I found my answer by clicking on related sujects on the right part of the sceen.

    Since reinstallation of win 10 my clock and region selection wasn't good. After correction, it work without problem.
