Can't authorize ADE on my new Mac

Just purchase new Imac and all my applications moved from old Imac to new. I have tried everything but can not get my ADE to work. As suggested I de-authorized and now cannot authorize again. Really need help. Would love to talk to live person to walk me through but will take any help I can get.

    Additional information from my error dialogue: You cannot authorize this computer using an Adobe-ID which has been used before to authorize other computers or mobile devices. Please try again. (???)

    I translated this message from German, so the wording might be slightly different in the English version.

    Do we need to fix a new Adobe-ID with another e-mail account? Can't believe that.
