Can't authorize as it shows connection error - tried everything on this forum - please help!

Hi,

I have purchased an e-book which I can't open after trying for days. I can download it as an acms file and choose to open it in ADE....but then once I get to ADE it asks me to authorize. I enter my user name and password and I get this message.

- I have tried deleting ADE and re-installing

- I can't choose help / delete authroization and it's greyed out

- Ctrl/shift/D does not do anything

Please help!

    Well, I have exactly the same problem and don´t know what to do.
